Arrival by car
Via the A 5 freeway Karlsruhe - Basel. Take the Baden-Baden exit. In Baden-Baden follow the brown signs "Kongress". Drive into the Michaelistunnel and take the 1st exit in the tunnel and then turn left at the traffic lights towards the center and the Kongresshaus. Parking garages near the Kongresshaus are: Kongresshausgarage, Kurhaus underground parking lot, City-Parkhaus.

Travel by rail As
as participant in the Medical Week, you can travel to Baden-Baden from any city in Germany with the discounted Deutsche Bahn event ticket. To book the event ticket, you will need your congress ticket as proof. City bus No. 201 (direction Lilienthal) will take you from the train station to the Congress Center. (Augustaplatz bus stop). Arriving by plane
The nearest airport is Baden-Airport between Baden-Baden and Karlsruhe. It takes about 25 minutes by cab to reach the Kongresshaus

Eligibility
Physicians of all specialties, pharmacists and students of these specialties and other therapy professions are eligible to participate. It is advisable to bring a valid doctor's or student's ID card, otherwise the time-consuming filling in of a corresponding declaration will be necessary.

Registration

Early online registration is strongly recommended. Participants will receive a registration confirmation/invoice (as download link) via e-mail after their registration. Subsequent changes as well as cancellations can only be accepted in text form to the mail address via which the booking was made. In case of claiming discounts, the participant must upload a valid certificate (copies of membership card, enrollment certificate, etc.) as part of the online registration. A subsequent refund due to certificates not submitted in time is not possible. The congress office is not authorized to grant discounts retroactively.
ATTENTION: There will be no postal delivery of admission tickets. The admission ticket is available for download in the participant's personal account, provided that the invoice amount has been paid. This ticket must be printed out and brought to the event. The registration is binding, the tickets are not transferable.
Please note that long queues on site at the congress office can be avoided, if payment is made in good time before the start of the event and the congress tickets are downloaded in advance.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of participation, a processing fee of € 75,- per participant will be charged. The processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. If the cancellation takes place less than two weeks before the start of the event, a processing fee in the amount of the participation fee will be charged. The same applies if a registered participant does not show up for the event. The participant reserves the right to prove that the organizer has actually incurred a lesser loss.
If the participant is unable to attend the event or parts of the event as a result of illness or cancellation or delay of the means of transport, he/she shall not be entitled to a refund or waiver of the participation fees.

Data protection
With his registration, the participant agrees that the Ärztegesellschaft für Erfahrungsheilkunde e.V. may store and process his personal data for the purpose of handling the event, future customer support and provision of information. The participant can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future. For this purpose, please contact the Ärztegesellschaft für Erfahrungsheilkunde e.V. at info@erfahrungsheilkunde.org.

Changes
Program, topics and speakers correspond to the status at the time of upload. The organizer reserves the right to make program changes, price changes, postponements or cancellations for urgent reasons. Room or program changes will be announced at the congress office or on an information board. Those changes will also be uploaded to the website. The organizer reserves the right to cancel individual courses if there are not at least 5 registrations before the start of the congress.
